Wayne joined Eagle in January 2008 as our General Manager with the intent to takeout the operational management of Eagle and allow Matthew to continue to service his clients. Rod is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) with over 40 years insurance experience working with both insurers and broking firms during that time. He holds a Diploma Financial Services (Broking) and is well positioned to assist with all classes of insurance. Rod specialises with the motor industry all across the Northern New South Wales area.
Matthew has been in the insurance industry since he left school at 16 and has run Eagle Insurance Brokers since 2000. He has held many development and managment positions with several company since he started in the industry in 1988. Matthew previously sat on the Board of IBNA Limited a national marketing and wholesaling company that assist 82 insurance brokers around Australia. He holds a Diploma from Australian Insurance Institute and is a Senior Associate of the Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance. He also hold a Diploma Financial Services (Broking) and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) and a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP).

Paul is an industry stalwart specialising in the Financial Lines of the insurance industry for over 30 years. He deals in Professional Indemnity, Directors' & Officers and many other specialist products with Australian & International insurers. Paul runs his own conpany called Australian Indemnity.
